I decided to drop in for a couple classes while visiting family in the area. The students and coaches were very welcoming and I got in some great drilling and rolling. The facility is nice and clean with lots of mat space. I'm looking forward to visiting again! 🤙🏻

Fantastic facility! Renato (owner) is truly involved & active with leading the training sessions in this multi -generational Marital arts gym. Conveniently located in Vero Beach. The entire group of professionals (Jake & all of instructors) as well as the students are very knowledgeable & willing to help & encourage one another!👍🙏🏼❤️

This is a great place to start. The instructors are very helpful & can assess your skill level. We are taking the BJJ class and kickboxing twice a week and we love it. Very nice owner is always there & easy to talk to . Kid classes too. Very clean.
